The soul came to this Earth the usual way and was attached to a
human’s body. She did not have to come here, she chose to be here and to come at
this particular time. She had been here before and remembered the marvels and
splendors of Earth. When she arrived, she was a happy baby and she smiled a
lot. A curious child, observant of nature, animals and beautiful things she was
different from the others. She had a talent that her father encouraged her to
develop. She read, drew and painted when other kids were playing. She spent
hours and hours outdoors in nature and grew a deep appreciation for the natural
world around her. She was happiest in the midst of trees, fields and her mind.
To others she seemed to have her head in the clouds and was always daydreaming.
She wrote from her heart, only to have her words criticized. She drew what she
saw only to be told she could not see. Finally, she learned the lessons of this
third dimension so well she forgot who she truly was. She grew up, became a
parent, became busy with life, and began living in fear. It didn’t happen to
her all at once, but slowly her vibrancy dwindled away. She felt as if there
was no purpose for her other than to work and be responsible for all things.
Her heart felt lost and she began to wonder if she even loved or knew the
meaning of love.
Years and years later, a wondrous gift was bestowed upon her.
Her heart began to blossom again and slowly her light began to shine. At first,
only a few noticed it, then it grew and more noticed. One day she began to
realize it herself. As her light began shining brighter, her words and her
sight returned. She began to notice the beauty of nature and life. She took up
her pen and she challenged mere words to become stories and magically turned sheets
of paper into works of art. She honored those creatures with which she felt a
deep kinship. She honored her past lives with her words of truth. She began to
wonder about the meaning of her life. What was her purpose? Then one day on her
way to work, it became crystal clear to her. She could sum it all up in one
word: beauty. It was the beauty of love, of nature, of compassion, of music, of
art, of the intricate details of the planet, and the interconnectedness of all
things in the universe. She realized her purpose was to bring forth the beauty
so that others could see it. That was her truth, her goal; bring others to see the beauty of the dance. She was much like a camera recording all the
beauty in her heart she could so she could present it to others both here and
in the beyond. Finally, her life made sense! She was beyond grateful and filled
with a great peace.
Blessed am I who have seen and felt the majesty and beauty
of the Divine. I live with gratitude and thankfulness in my heart. I live in peace;
I am one with God, and all that is.
